"Mindy Hakala, 73, passed away on July 31st, 2025, in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin.

Born on June 16, 1952, Mindy graduated from Millikan High School in Long Beach, California, and later attended Long Beach State. She built a fulfilling career working for various companies in the Madison area, including Covance, the American Red Cross, RMT, and the Wisconsin Livestock Identification Consortium. She especially loved working in laboratory environments where her calm and logical nature thrived..."
